This blog is also a story of my personal growth and someone may use it to replicate results. Start off with basic cardio by walking and follow my personal growth path.
With that said, I have outgrown my current gym which includes - Treadmill, cross trainer, pull up bar, push up bars, exercise bike and stepper. I can now do a 90 minute cardio work out without any trouble and had stopped gaining any benefits.
After some thought I have come to the conclusion that full fledge gym would be a good edition to my workout.
This (series) blog will essentially be around my findings for my gym, my equipment, exercise, yoga and nutrition and other schedules. We also talk about apps for the workout.
I am also referring to the book Outdoor athlete for my workout that I have now started.
Please note this is something that works for me, and you should probably just use this as a guideline and do what works for you for example you may want to run out there in open or take a gym membership.
I want to use elevation training mask because most of my hikes are on higher altitude you may not be doing the same.
I am on the heavier side for my height you may be picture perfect so do what makes sense for you.
So in upcoming blogs we will talk about the gym equipment, diet chart,workout and REST schedule - cardio, weight training and yoga, along with modifications I have made to my own plan.
